Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase you make. If an item isn’t the perfect fit, we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
General Return Policy
You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Shipping costs (including return shipping) are the responsibility of the customer, except for cases involving product defects or incorrect items.

Items Not Eligible for Return
For clarity, the following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Gift products (e.g., items received as a gift for purchasing a certain amount)
- Personalized items
- Bundled items sold at a discount (e.g., “5 for $25”) unless the entire bundle is returned
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Assembled or installed items (unless defective—see below)
- Open Box items
Additionally, oversized or large items (e.g., Fireplaces, patio sofa sets, furniture’s, shower doors, bathroom vanities, cantilever umbrellas) cannot be returned for reasons such as buyer’s remorse. Returns for such items due to other reasons (e.g., incorrect item, minor defect) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional shipping fees or restocking charges may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please follow these steps:
- Inspect the Package on Arrival:
- Check the outer box for any visible signs of damage.
- Confirm that the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
- Carefully Open and Inspect the Item:
- Open the package carefully and retain all packaging materials in case a return is needed.
- Check for damage or defects without permanently assembling or installing the item.
- Minor setup for testing functionality is acceptable, but avoid full installation.
- If you notice significant damage or defects, stop immediately and contact us.
- Contact Us Promptly:
- For visible or functional defects, reach out within 5–7 business days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the packaging, product, and any damage in your email.
- Do Not Use or Install the Item:
- Fully installed or heavily used items are not be eligible for return or replacement.
- If the item is damaged during installation, the warranty (if applicable) may apply instead.
Refund Options
You can choose:
- Store Credit: Added to your account within 1 business day and never expires.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds issued after returned items are inspected.
Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, except for returns due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
Mattress Return Policy
Every mattress comes with a 100-night free trial. If you’re not in love with it after 100 nights, you can arrange a free return or exchange it for a different one. The return or exchange option only applies once per order.
Exclusions: This policy does not apply to mattress toppers, crib mattresses, air mattresses, and open box mattresses. For these items, our standard 30-day return policy applies, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Large Appliance Return Policy
You can return a large appliance within 30 days of delivery as long as it has not yet been installed and is returned in the original packaging. In rare cases, you might have to pay the manufacturer’s restocking fee (typically 10–20% of the item’s cost).
Before installing the appliance, please double-check the following when it arrives:
- Scan the box for damage.
- Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
- Carefully open the packaging to inspect the appliance and retain all packaging materials.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you have installed the appliance, it cannot be returned.
Notice
- If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., buyer’s remorse), the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), the customer does not bear the shipping fee.
