Orders TrackingYou will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place:

You, as a customer, are responsible for providing Clihome the Correct Mailing Address. Clihome is NOT responsible for items that have been mailed to the provided address, if that mailing address was entered incorrectly by you, the Customer. We, at Clihome, will try to track down the product if it was returned to sender. Not all packages that are mailed to incorrectly provided addresses are Returned. These Packages are considered LOST or STOLEN after being delivered. Clihome is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen Packages once Delivered. Please contact your local Post Office and provide them with your tracking number for further assistance.
Packages are not insured, so make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you our delivery address via email.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Before returning your product, please contact us by email to get the shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order CancellationsOrder Cancellation before Shipment:
If you need to cancel your order, you must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund.
To cancel your order, please go to “My account” and click “orders”. Fill in detailed information to cancel order. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
Order Cancellation after Shipment:
